Un hojaldre bien hecho no deja indiferente a nadie. En este nivel aprenderemos a preparar el hojaldre invertido, donde el bloque de masa se inserta dentro del bloque de mantequilla. La técnica es bastante compleja en comparación con el hojaldre normal, pero merece la pena!
