Los llamados “Webinars de Pastelería” o emisiones de video en “tiempo real” (en directo), es a lo que nosotros llamamos “Diálogos con la Chef Maria Selyanina y su equipo de International Pastrycampus en la cocina” (en nuestro caso en el obrador de la escuela) mientras realizan recetas y técnicas de alta pastelería.
